Once the cleaning procedure is done, you need to moisturize your feet with a specially formulated foot moisturizer at least twice a day. Make sure that you grab a deep moisturizer and cover your feet with the same, followed by a quick massage if the skin is peeling off due to extreme dryness. You can also opt for a safer solution to this, by using natural oils like almond oil, vitamin E oil or olive oil, which will help hydrate extremely dry skin and treat the problem of peeling skin. 



















Moisturizing and massaging the area with oils or skin moisturizers, mostly ensures that the problem of peeling feet and hands is cured. If fungal infection or sweating is the cause of peeling skin on feet, you need to opt for open footwear. Also, application of anti fungal powder is known to be effective in such cases. If sunburn is the cause of damaged and peeling feet, apply cold and soothing gels to make the surface cool. Aloe vera gel is the best solution to opt for, in this case. You can either buy it or get fresh juice from aloe vera stems. You can also keep applying rose water on the skin surface that is damaged due to sunburn. If the skin on your feet is peeling off, dehydration is the most probable cause. Especially, the skin below your toes and heels dries off due to extreme weather. If not moisturized, this skin slowly starts peeling off. Cracked heels, in which dust and soil particles get easily accumulated, can further worsen the condition leading to thick peeling skin on this area. Athlete's foot, which is a fungal infection affecting feet can be a cause of peeling skin. Another cause of peeling skin is Erythrocyte, which is a type of psoriasis, mainly characterized by reddening of skin. Inflammation, blistering and peeling skin condition along with rash which can sometimes lead to itching can be a result of Eczema. Excess perspiration caused due to constant use of closed and tight footwear can also lead to this skin problem. In some cases, severe sunburn is also a cause of peeling of skin along with reddening and itching. Peeling skin syndrome, an inherited and extremely rare skin disorder is another possible reason of this problem. It is important to follow a healthy diet, so as to have a healthy skin. Also, make sure that you avoid use of soaps and detergents that can further aggravate this skin condition. In case you don't get relief and notice excess inflammation, rash and itching, along with peeling skin, you must consult a dermatologist. Twice a week, keep your feet in a tub full of warm water in which natural oils and rose water is added. 



















This will cleanse and nourish your feet, and keep them problem-free. Illness, exertion, improper diet, stress, and pollution can cause premature aging of skin, leading to facial wrinkles. Instead of multiplying your stress by worrying about them, why not work on ways to prevent them. Start with a facial exercise routine to prevent and reduce this problem and have a wrinkle-free skin. This will restore elasticity of the skin and also prevent sagging. Exercises for Facial Wrinkles Exercises for Forehead Lie on the bed, flat on your back. Your head must hang over its edge. Then, open your eyes and lift your eyebrows as much as possible; hold this position for 5 seconds. Relax and repeat. Here is an exercise you can try to reduce frown lines. Sit upright, facing a mirror. Relax your eyebrows and bring them together, like you would do when you frown. At the same time, flare your nostrils and wrinkle up your nose as well. Hold the position for 5 seconds; relax and repeat. Exercise for Eyes Wrinkles under and around eyes, is a common problem. Some women face this problem right from the time when they are in their early twenties. So, here is a facial exercise for wrinkles under eyes. Press your temples by two fingers. Now, slightly pull your temples back and at the same time flutter your eyes by opening and closing them apace. This exercise is beneficial in toning up the muscles around your eyes. 
















Exercise for Cheeks Try this facial exercise for cheeks to keep them toned and wrinkle-free. Fill air in your mouth, hold for 5 seconds and then, release it very slowly. This is one of the best facial exercises for wrinkles, which is also very easy to perform. Exercise for Mouth and Lips Say aloud an "EE", "OO" and "AH", to stretch your lips as much as possible. Relax and repeat. Remember, the movement of your mouth and lips should be exaggerated. This exercise will reduce existing wrinkles and also prevent further formation of wrinkles around lips and mouth. Facial Exercise for Chin and Neck Sit upright, keep your back and neck straight. Pull your chin down with your three center fingers and simultaneously, curl the lower lip over the bottom teeth. Hold the position for about 5 seconds, and then relax. Sit in the same position and tilt your head backwards to look up. Then move your lower lip over your upper lip as far as you can. Hold this position for 5 seconds and then relax. This exercise will give your neck and chin muscles a good stretch. Repeat these around 10 times. Right Time to Perform Facial Exercises Wondering what is the right time to do facial muscle exercises?
